Description

Activin A (Act A) belongs to TGF- β Members of the family are dimeric proteins linked by disulfide bonds, originally extracted from the gonads and capable of stimulating the release of pituitary follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). Activin A has a wide range of biological activities and is involved in regulating many different functions, including hypothalamic and pituitary hormone secretion, gonadal hormone secretion, Germ cell development and maturation, red blood cell differentiation, insulin secretion, nerve cell survival, embryonic axial development or bone growth. Recombinant Human Activin A is expressed by mammalian cells, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials
